If the item sells, you are also charged a Closing Fee. The total cost of selling an item is the Base Fee plus the Closing Fee.               Base Fee + Closing Fee = Total Cost         2% of sales price (sales price= $10.00)         $1.00 .20 $ 1.20                     Base Fees  $1.00       An Base Fee is a listing fee.
